Annual Town Criers Competition for 2024
David Recardo prepares to host his very first Competition as Yeovil’s new Town Crier.
On Saturday 20th April 2024,Town Criers from all over the country will be invited to Yeovil to test their vocal chords!
The competition will commence with an opening cry from David and then each Town Crier will compete in two heats. Prizes will be awarded for the overall winner, runners-up, best dressed crier, best dressed escort and best dressed couple.
