Crematorium & Cemetery
Yeovil Town Council is represented on the Yeovil Crematorium and Cemetery Committee - a joint committee, which has been appointed to oversee and manage the operation and development of these key facilities in the Town. The other partners on the Committee are South Somerset District Council, Yeovil Without Parish Council and Brympton Parish Council.
The Town Clerk acts as Clerk to the Joint Committee, and the Town Council contributes towards the annual maintenance costs of the Cemetery.

A summary of the general fees and charges made in respect of both facilities is set out below.
These are set to help recover the cost of providing and managing the service; to help maintain the grounds to a high standard and to help cover the cost of carrying out future improvements.
A wide range of memorial facilities is available at both locations. These include inscribed granite or marble memorial tablets and a memorial rose garden at Yeovil Crematorium.
The Crematorium also offers a range of options for recording a tribute to a loved one in specially inscribed books, which are displayed in cabinets located in the Hall of Remembrance.
